HostMats Custom Order Agreement

By placing this order, you confirm that:

• ✅ You have double-checked the property name and location spelling

• ✅ You understand this is a custom-printed product, made to order

• ✅ You acknowledge that returns and refunds are not available unless the product arrives damaged or defective

• ✅ Replacements are only provided if there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by HostMats

• ✅ You are solely responsible for the spelling, capitalization, and wording entered during checkout — what you type is what gets printed

• ✅ You understand that minor variations in coir texture, fibre, and print depth are normal and not considered defects

• ✅ You are happy with the preview and spelling submitted during checkout
